Our stay at Kendenup Lodge and Cottages was truly memorable - a peaceful retreat nestled in 40 acres of bushland, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The cozy cottages, well-equipped for self-catering, provided a comfortable escape after days of exploring the nearby Stirling and Porongorup Ranges. The on-site cafe was a delightful surprise, serving up mouthwatering dishes like the delectable Lamb Shanks paired with local wines.The shared kitchen and BBQ area fostered a sense of community among guests, enhancing the overall experience. The fireplace in the shared lounge added to the charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere on chilly evenings. Our room in the main building was thoughtfully appointed with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay.Although the restaurant's limited opening days required a bit of planning, the option to prepare our own meals only added to the sense of freedom and flexibility during our stay.
